About Project

Critters is a short theatrical piece about an elderly woman and here interaction with her imaginary friends in her studio apartments.

Implemented using the Torque Gaming Engine, this is the first fully produced Virtual Theatre production, shown at ImagineRIT in 2008. It used a single, full-body, motion capture system (Measurand) to transfer the motions of a live actor to an avatar on the virtual stage.
