Krishna is a PhD student in the department of Computer Science of the Gollisano College of Computing and Information Science at RIT in Rochester New York. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication System and Msc in Computer System & Knowledge Engineering from Institute of Engineering (IOE),Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Afterwards, he joined Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) as a Electronics engineer and have been working as permanent engineer since 2014. At NAST, he did research on design and fabrication of instrumentation system, figuring out appropriate ICT components for smart village and principal involvement on handling server of earthquake early warning system(EEWS).

In 2017, he enrolled as a PhD Student in RIT and currently is doing research on Packet Forwarding in software switches. In general, his research interest are in the field of computer network and cybersecurity.
